Raining Holiday
Dampening Mood
Lazy Moi

I've been feeling so 'tired' and restless since sat. Chalet on fri turned out quite pathetic and boring for the attendance was poor + the weather turns out better than we've anticipated, I should be rejoyce abt it shldn't I? but on the contrary (we wanted to have BBQ on fri nite, we dropped the idea of bbq-ing for fear that we might end up all drenched instead). So we have ppl questioning why there wasn't any BBQ going on when all our "neighbours" are busy with their food over at the pit area. Don't ask me, ask the weather ok.

Anw, we need to settle for our dinner somehow and we (ming, bao and myself) decided to go out of the room to order some fast-food perhaps. We ordered the Chrismas Fest set for 6 pax and tot of having a combo with the KFC chickens at the same time. To our disappointment, the KFC were closing for the day when we walked over to their counter, despite the fact that i saw many more pcs of chicken displaying out on the trays, the KFC staff said WE'RE CLOSED! hai... *sadded* with no intentions to order more pizzas, we decided to call in for delivery service instead, and Bao did the calling. (my fone went dead even b4 mid-nite, with no charger means i can't use my fone for dat nite, i felt super uneasy throughout the nite :x)

I suppose Downtown East is easy to identify-landmark? but appearantly the KFC operators who took our order din noe the postal code for it and he needs to check before getting back to us. omg! so he did called back after a few mins lah, however he specially requested that we have to pick up our food only at the designated "Guardhouse"! and shit lah, where the hell is the "Guardhouse"!?!? we double cfm if it's right infront of the Coasta Sand Pasir Ris or the Escape Themepark, but he kept insisting it's at the "Guardhouse". wad the... In any case we went over to check with Pizzahut where exactly is the "Guardhouse"! And guess what, the so-call delivery is in fact jus a "delivery" from the KFC outlet within Downtown East itself, they simply carried the chickens over from the same outlet we went to and got rejected! STUPIDITY! Grrrrrrrr....

We had a nite of KTV in our chalet room, that was reali an experience thou, maybe we were too bored to the max with no other things to do except ktv-ing. After awhile a few of them left, leaving only 3 gers and 5 guys, so the remaining started some guessing game where the loser get to drink, but i sneaked off to catch some sleep instead. hee.. By the time i got up ard 3+am, majority of them were alr dead drunk, lying motionless on the bed. lol. The only survivor(s) for the nite were Seaweed and Junze, haa.. and i joined in for ktv again! I was reali enjoying myself then cos i was singing David Tao's Live Concert DVD (companied by Junze), and we sang til 6+am =)
We caught some rest in btn, not reali those deep slp for i was afraid that we might end up waking up late ( we're suppose to check out b4 10.30am), so being the sober one, i felt obligated to wake the guys up. And i managed to get them all up ard 9.30am ^^V we've even checked out b4 10.30am siah, considerate enuff hor? lol.

Bao drove WL home ard 8+am while on her way to work; while the rest (wen, seaweed, jeremy and ming) got onto a cab and headed back to the west; Junze and myself took the feeder bus to Pasir Ris and I took the train all the way back to JE, while Junze went over to the bus-stop for his direct bus back home. And with the journey, that marks the end of our 1D1N chalet! quite a meaningless one I shld say. lol. But lest I get to congratulate Chin Hock on his wed (^_^)

You are The Wheel of Fortune

Good fortune and happiness but sometimes a species of
intoxication with success

The Wheel of Fortune is all about big things, luck, change, fortune. Almost always good fortune. You are lucky in all things that you do and happy with the things that come to you. Be careful that success does not go to your head however. Sometimes luck can change.

A nite out with Farah and my very first X'mas gift..

finally met up wif dear farah while she's back in sg for her summer break. it's been more than a year since we last seen each other after she'd left for melbourne to further her studies. we'd update each other of our happenings over the past one year such as our family; me being a slacker in school and after sch; campus life in contrast; and the all time fave qn - 'relationships' farah was kinda caught by surprised when i told her i haven't been attached all this while. haa. we'd brought in subjects like days in poly time and how different is it now compare to our uni lifestyle. last to add into our conversation was our "missing" favourite activity, scuba diving! appearantly farah haven't been diving too, ever since our last dive trip, we seriously need a revision class in preparations for our next dive trip (if we're planning to have one).

after chatting for around 2hrs or so, farah handed me my first x'mas present for the year 2006. it's a book by Mitch Albom, title: Tuesdays with Morrie. thou i dun have the habit of reading, plus i hardly visit the library, but i was reminded like 4-5times by farah (b4 we parted) to fnish reading the book as the story holds a significant meaning behind it. not wanting to disappoint farah, i'd promised her that i'll definately finish reading the book for her sake.

Singapore Underwater Federation

the word "hockey" may seems familiar to many, in particular, we can link the term "hockey" to sports like hockey on field, ice-hockey (more aggressive ones) and inline-hockey. but have u ever heard of "underwater hockey"? at least not for myself, it's probably the first time i've ever encounter this activity and of cos i'm curious about it. i was introduced into this sport through a fren who's currently a member of the S'pore Underwater Federation (SUF in short). but i've yet to actuali gone down to see for myself, shld do some exploration soon.

Underwater hockey literally means it's a sport conducted in the waters, however it's not essential to be fully-equipped with the normal diving suit and equipments, instead the players basically just need to wear their large fins, a diving mask with snorkel and a thick glove. Underwater hockey is played in a 25m x 15m pool that is between 1.8 - 3 m deep. Each side has 12 players, 10 of who can play in any one game. During the game 6 players are in the pool with 4 interchange players on the side who can sub-in at any time. as for the details, i'll leave it to those who are interested to see for themselves --> http://www.suf.org.sg/uwhockey.asp

they are having their training sessions every Tue and Fri, from 7.30-9pm, and venue would be at Queensway Swimming Complex. for those are keen to find out more of this unusual sport, drop by the above mentioned location to see for urself what "underwater hockey" is all about.

of the delayed movie - 'Be With Me' ~ Eric Khoo

finally seen the most longing film ever - Be With Me! as a matter of fact, i think it's a very nice show, which can be related to our lives. i'm not a fan of Eric Khoo, but tis film's definately brought up the social anthropology issues in our local context, that some of us may be facing now.

the film's actually a collection of 3 short-stories, in which thou each story do not have a interrelationship but they're somewhat tied to and elaborated on from thereon. the film 'Be With Me' comes with minimum dialogue and hence, some even named it the silent movie, i guess mainly becos of the key character of the movie (in the story of 'Meant to Be') where the role was being played by Theresa Chan, a mute and deaf (as well as in real person); thus, the communications was more of a body language interactions than to what a physically-abled way of communication.

my intial focus was the story on 'So in Love', reflecting the homosexuality of 2 teenage girls in their lesbian romance. i like the way the storyline was being portray quite objectively, without any judgements made by either the director or any from the views of public; incidentally, there wasn't any clarifications to the psychological aspects of how the girls may feel being a lesbian themselves. for instance - how they feel falling in love with someone of the same gender; what they are expecting from the relationship; how to convince people to acknowledge them or even how to cope if nobody accepts them, etc; which i feel was quite a challenging question and something worth mentioning, especially with more man and woman engaging in homosexual relationship in our society. how can we better understand our society? maybe with more films interpreting the facts than to hide away the truth.

the last story on 'Finding Love', was the most meaningless of the 3, i felt. a low self-esteem security guard "fatty koh" who's secretly in love with Lynn Poh taking the role of a pretty and sexy executive from the same working building. "fatty koh", who's shy, lowly-educated, has a great social-class deviation from Lynn Poh, tries to confess his love to her by penning his feelings and affections on a piece of 'love letter'. dramatically, the story took a 360 degree turn when "fatty koh" finally braces his courage to express his love via the love letter but was killed on his way to send out the letter (when Ezann Lee jumped off a HDB rooftop and landed on him instead -.-").

but i would say, the movie was well ecologically interpreted and truly a singaporean narration. very inspiring and emotional translation of Theresa Chan's life-tale; a role-model to all who thinks u're less-fortunate and always complaining about your life, then perhaps take a look at Theresa's story.

Finale of Tokyo Juliet 东方朱丽叶

at last, i can announced the accomplished task of completing the whole 17 episode of TJ!

men.. i feel so relieved! haa.. as most story would end, 林赖穗 and 纪风亮 got back together ultimately, a happy ending but wads not shown is what happen to 储形?hmm... nobody noes except the author i assume.

of the Raining Saturday

my Saturday turned out quite pathetic, the initial plan of camping overnight at ECP was ruined due to the prolong raining since early noon. the weather was bad, and so was my mood. i simply have no wish to step out of my house anymore, not to mention the distance cover over ECP. i've been online the whole afternoon, watching vid clips as well as napping, a wasteful Saturday in another words. but i'm still doing so now, i mean wad else can i do? i can never expect myself to be revising my materials at a point like this (it's a excuse, i noe).

while, then as i was thinking of perhaps skating would spice me up alittle; so i smsed Qiu, to see if she's keen in a short session, but she's in the midst of going down to visit little Chantel. ohh well, maybe i should go tmr on my own, haven been practising for a week or so.

i'll probably be travelling down to Pasir Ris this coming week to book the chalet for our December JVS gathering, geez.. thou i kinda dread going to the extreme part of s'pore but guess i have no choice since i'm holding on to the voucher, thank god for the creation of mp3 players! to keep me company throughout the journey.

sometimes, i'd reali wished i'm staying in the east rather.

Boredom is killing me!

boring boring boring... and i have no wish to greet my bed as yet, wad can i do?!?!?! :x

i wish i'm back at work, i won't feel so lost then (perhaps) *sigh*

(1) Farah's back from aussie for her summer break. din noe she's back til she saw my email and replied me via sms; initially wanted her to check on some freeskates pricing while she's over at aus but since she's back, jus as well, shld mit her up for dinner soon! haven seen her for more than a year le. time reali flies...
(2) i have the intention to go for a short break myself along with some frenz to krabi, kho phiphi, but seems now that the plan has to be put to a hold, cos i'm reali reali broke. so before i think of leisure, perhaps i shld get myself a job first, sounds more practical yea? currently many thoughts going through my mind, but i need to be financially supported first to carry out those plans! wish me luck folks <3
(3) i hope the cheque from mediacorp will be in by this week, thou it won't made much of a difference, but i'd feel mentality secured somehow, i think i'm reali desperate now! :\
if someone offer me $$ now i'll do anything for him/her. NOW!!!! give me the big S-11

ps: i can't breathe, the pressure of $ is drowning me! hope the badminton game i'm having later will relieve some pressure which i'm undergoing nw.

After myth of the Subaru WRX Challenge

yesh! i'm back home now, at the comfort of my cosy room and away from the agony of the long-hours of standing and walking around :x

just when i was thinking (before the event), if more than a 1000 ppl wanted to take part in this contest, probably the competition ain't as tough as wad i thought of. seriously that mentality was very wrong! with more than 1000 ppl trying to ballot for their chance to get into the contesting arena, yet only 320 participants are "lucky" enuff to be given the chance to stand under the sun and rain for 3 consecutive days, u might jus wanna shout out to them 'SIAO EH!'

it's really tough to imagine hw's the situation like unless u are inside this whole thing urself, lest i've been thru 1/2 of wad they've been going thru nw. on seeing them having to stand infront of the Ngee Ann Civic Plaza for hours, with min. water and practically no rest (unless u capable of sleeping while standing and have no tendency of lifting ur hand up) and the endurance of undesirable physical and emotional distress, we've really gotta salute to them siah. thou, i'm not there at the scene thru out the entire process but i've been there myself for 23hrs being a marshall, and i can share with all, that merely by standing and walking around the arena for the whole day, my poor limbs are aching and giving way le =( so imagine urself standing and doing nutthin much, with ur whole body station within a constraint spot, how boring and helpless can u be? u'll start imagining and let ur mind runs wild, not kidding, i've heard some talking nonsense among themselves.

i can't think of much ways to help the contenders apart from talking and crapping lots with them, and spraying more water on their faces; necks and limbs, to prevent them from dehydration. i've encountered some contenders who really hope to stay on longer but their physical simply couldn't hold out anymore, and from their expressions i could tell how much they hope to stay on, how devastating it is to part the area and their other fellow contenders. of the happier happenings, i'd made some frenz in this contest, more from the contenders aspect to the marshalls, esp from Car no.4! a bunch of cute ppl... and friendly to get along too, in particular the 2 muslim 'arbang', they were really funny and cute and thankfully they're still in the competition (hopefully, they're still hanging on now). apart from the 2 'abang', there's one pretty good-looking guy from the same car, but he's rather shy and quiet, so we din really chat much, except that his frenz from the spectators kept disturbing us (the marshalls) -.-"

i truly hope the guys can stay on til tuesday, thou i noe somehow they probably won't be the ultimate winner, but still pray hard for them and all the best! rem the 'never say die' spirit.

the 2 'abangs' and the shy-looking cute guy

ps: it's a competition for the insane!

Special thanks to Daddy & Mummy. Love u folks always!

of the Subaru WRX Challenge 2006

I am gg for the WRX Challenge! YAY! haa.. not as a contestant thou, but as the marshal rather. hee. I'll be working on both weekends as well on Monday, kinda looking forward to my weekends but at the same time it's gonna be super tiring, standing under the sun/rain for more than 6hrs! (consider myself lucky compared to the contestants perhaps? who can't even move their poor palm away from the car.) I went for the briefing ytd evening at TCS, yes! TCS, u've heard me right. Appearantly, becos the hit radio station 98.7fm (who is the official media channel for this event) will be hosting the competition, hence the marshals were told to assemble at the TCS reception area for a short briefing. And after briefing, Cheryl and I went for late dinner at Bt Timah (opp the Beauty World)... dinner was fine + abit of chatting... then came the worst thing of my life, where both of us were made to wait for more than an hr for the bloody idiotic SBS bus no.157!! fark! seriously, very bad service i feel. Thou we have each other's company thru out the whole ordeal, but i was reali puzzled over the waiting time especially when we saw 4 of bus service no.174 jus went by, and yet the delayed 157 is nowhere insight! As the time tick by, the impatient me started to get more annoyed. anw, the night was quite infuriating and i shouldn't elaborate more on it.

Presenting the Subaru WRX:

some pictures of the previous WRX Challenge:

ps: it's my second bad experience with SBS within a month! wadz happening to our public transport services? more price hike somemore @_@ we deserve better service!

S.H.E 'Perfect 3' [Threesome]

ohh, btw.. S.H.E coming to the west for their 签唱会 for their 'Forever' album? not too sure exactly, hmm.. that album's been out for some time i rem, or prob for the upcoming concert bah. haa.. dunno lah.. wadever.. anw, they'll be at IMM at 8pm (should be at the atrium), those who like S.H.E may consider gg ^_^

Tracy with her new skates & her first experience

as agreed, i went to meet tracy at qws after school on friday, but i kinda changed the time we agreed upon initially cos it was really rushing for me to meet her @ 2.30pm. i was kinda feeling hungry after class dismissed that day, so i'd pampered myself with a good lunch and a short rest b4 i'd proceeded to qws. anw, tracy arrived promptly at skaters world while i came in slightly later about 3.10pm, and she's tried on her skates with everything in order, about to make her payments le. so nvm, i helped her with carrying the skates since she's getting 2 pairs which is kinda bulky and heavy. together we carried the huge boxes down to the taxi-stand where tracy's mum would come over to pick us up.
we stood waiting and chatted for about 15mins or so, then her mum came and drove us down to their flat at Bedok Reservior Rd. while i was in the car, her mum made a remark that i look like another fren of tracy's, but since that's the first time her mum officially see me in person. seriously it's oso the first time i've been to her place and meet all her family members, after being frenz for more than 3yrs, quite sad rite?
anw, we arrived at her house, settled with the 'barang barang', all set and off we went for our skating, not in ECP thou *haa* we started off at her neighbouring void deck instead. so for a start i "taught" her some basics like, how to get up when u're sitting on the floor and how to fall 'graciously'; how to begin 'walking' with small steps; always bend ur knee slightly when u feel like falling forward/backwards etc. well, for a start, i feel tracy's progessing pretty good, just carry on with more practises will do ^_^

our sessions ended off ard 7.30 i think, then we went back and got ourselves freshen up and dinner together at her house. watched teewee while waiting for my fone to be fully charged, subsequently i left around 10pm, feeling quite bored then, i'd decided to take the bus home instead of the faster option which is the MRT, so i got onto bus service no.66 and began my east to west journey of 1.5hr in total! haa.. i sat til my bum oso perspiring *woot* i'd got off b4 reaching JE terminal cos i was feeling hungry then and tot of grabbing something for supper, appearantly only Macdonald's still operating, anw got my MacSpicy meal and headed for the bus terminal for the feeder bus 334.
as i was walking towards the 334 queue i saw the the bus reaching and so i quicken my pace, *phew* and i got in time for the bus, but to my disappointment the ez-link system broke down, can't tap on the machine and i've gotta pay cash, (digged into my wallet, thank god! i have coins available) . i'd asked the driver how much was the fare - 0.90 cts! omg... y so pricey nw? for a feeder bus somemore! @!$%^$#%^@ damn expensive siah, all the while i've been "abusing" my ez-link card, that i din realise it's so farking ex to travel in public buses. but of cos i din argue with the driver lah, i'm in a hurry to go back home for my MacSpicy so i jus pay lor, wad to do. and u noe wad? the lady behind me was asking the driver --> [lady: how much if i'm alighting 3 stops later?] [driver: eh, 90cts still cos feeder bus] [lady: but i jus got off from the MRT, have rebate by right de] [yea, but the system down. sorry] [lady: -__- LL] and the lady pays her 90cts in the end, and walked to the rear of the bus and stood next to me again. to our hardest disbelief, they've arranged another 334 bus to come right behind us, and of cos those who chose to wait got onto the bus wif their usual ez-link card and departed b4 us! WTF! can u believe tis?! how could they wor! if they're arranging at least let the commuters noe mah, liews... and we've gotta pay using cash, to stand and watched the other bus jus go off like that -.- wahseh... i was quite pissed off at that point seriously, very bad service leh. a word of fairness people, wad do u say?

ps: i haven had mac for quite some time, esp the Spicy but i think their spicy kinda sucks nw, excessively greasy with disgusting fat oil dripping when u tear the meat apart :x

of the Boredom & k750i

i'm feeling super listless today. dun even feel like pushing myself up when the alarm went off tis morning. but anw i took a peek at my sms inbox, one msg by weiwen, informing me that he won in his mahjong game tis morning (sms received at 5+ am), crazy fellow.

ohh yea, btw my N70's finally been sent to the Nokia Service Center @ Woodlands for thorough check-up, for my fone loves to "hang" on its own, guess it time to overhual. so now i'm using my bro's SE k750i, and i tot SE fone actuali quite good leh! thou i'm still not very used to the keypad for sms-ing, but i like the part where they provide light function (found next to the camera lens), i find it handy esp if u're out in somewhere dark and so happens u need flashes of lights *tar da*, simply take out ur SE hp, so much better than the pathetic Nokia screen saver lights and worse they automatically goes off on its own after 1min so =__=

if u happen to see tis entry and thinking of sms me at the same time, pls bear wif my retard response and err.. no chinese letters sms for tis 2 days le *sobbie* i'll be getting my fone back by fri supposedly, so gotta make another trip down. hopefully i can make it on fri for my fone, cos i'm miting Tracy in QWS to get her skates~ weet!! i'm having more and more frenz interested in inline skating, boy.. so happy... ^_^v

okay... i'll go skating later tonite...

Reno Balloon Race

impressive + entertaining....
after watching the fast-forwarding vid clip, it prompted me, y is it that the balloons never collide with one another (maybe they did, jus dat its too fast in the clip that it wasn't captured).
then again, i'm sure they have ways to avoid them crushing onto each other. *i'm curious*
sure sounds like the vid i've came across sometime ago on India's traffic road (or was it vietnam?) i rem it was on some developing country with no traffic lights/rules, local road users should learn from them siah!

Chinese Oldies - the good old times

I dunno y, but I suddenly missed Aaron Kwok's oldies, in particular the track “我是不是该安静的走开” I even went to search and d/led it. I think probably it's due to the content of the lyrics.

ps: for those who might be keen in this song too, u may ask me for the mp3 =)

Haze worsens in Singapore

if u're aware of the haze ytd, the condition got worse today.

this morning when i woke up as i see through my windows, a thicker layer of smoke obscuring my view of the opposite HDB block. but little did i noe, the haze not having the slightest improvement of clearing up, and instead the PSI stats shown on CNA shot up even higher, within a short period of time.

took tis picture from the balcony at ard 6.45pm, and the haze's rather thick at dat time alr.

here's another pic taken from my room
PSI at ard 8pm

and suddenly hit up to 150 at ard 9pm, tonight's condition really bad arh.

i'd just saw it on CNA webbie that the highest PSI, s'porerecorded so far was for the year 1997 with PSI readings at 226! wahseh.. at 226 i wonder hw's the visibility like?! schools would be closed? working adults would be temporary excused from work? airport would be closed?! woot~ but we'll be restricted from going out too, very sad then.

ps: haze.. haze.. go away... go away and dun come back on another day.

lanterns hung outside the plants by the ground-floor unit residents, quite a nice sight i feel, esp when i viewed them from my 8th flr unit and i tot it's just the children playing with their lanterns. hee. 2 void-units celebrating 中秋节 together in harmony, so nice 喔!

on our way to the canal, can't help but to capture the hazy nite, very bad climate :x

at the canal, we are welcomed by a huge group of chinese celebrating the festival along the stretch of pavement. with many lanterns hung in-between the trees and some on the railings, very captivating! apart from all that, there were also many youngsters playing with sparklers and burning candles on the concrete pavement, thou can be kinda dangerous but it does reminds me of those days where my neighbours and i playing at the "old" playground beneath my blk. (sweet old memories ^_^)
ok... tis pic kinda dark, let me elaborate :D there's tis aunty (the one being circled), she'd stucked some sparklers into the tree lor -.-" poor tree.

now.. with courtesy of Ruo Yun, she's smsed me to noe if i'm home cos she wanna pass me the jellies (very sweet of her!). anw, it so happens that she's at the canal too with her sis and some frenz. i went over to look for her instead, she handed me the jellies and i took the Lychee one (in white), yummy! thanks ger! glad u've had fun at the canal, playing catching. haaa.

ps: the photos of the jellies are oso sponsored by dear RY :p

We came in kinda late, and the performance had already started.

SBS bus

i was with mum ytd, on our way to Queensway & Ikea when we encountered some 'unusual conversations' & weirdos. (i)purpose of gg to Queensway being - mum wans to get her walking cum track shoes since few weeks ago and i've been companying her to several stores/malls (e.g - Marina Square, JP and some neighbourhood shops), still she couldn't find one tt suits her as well as her budget (ii)purpose of gg to ikea being - i wanna get a artificial miniature apple tree!. so not giving up, i brought her to Queensway, supposedly a mall with lotsa varieties and branding, well.. she likes a particular pair of shoes - the new tech Adidas 'adizer' tt's pricing at $149, kinda exceeded her budget (mum's budget: as cheap and good as possible). ok, anw in the end she didn't get wad she wanted due to the cost.
anw.. tt's not the main issue for today's blogging, back to the first point i brought up - on our way to Queensway. mum and i took bus service no. 198 (direct bus frm my place) to Queensway, the usual practise, mum always goes up to the upper deck of the bus (where i personally prefer the lower deck) but i went up after her in any case. for the upper deck was rather packed we got into separate seats where i sat infront of mum with this 'chao ah beng' and mum was sitting with a decent indian nationality man. in between the journey, i'd would often turned over and talk to mum, and the 'ah beng' sitting next to me was reali busy with his smses, but the thing is - his sms tone is damn irritating, farking loud and disturbing to other commuters sharing the same bus (in particular myself cos i was right beside him). and he tot he's reali funky and 'act say', with everyone turning to his direction, dumb!
the indian nationality guy got off after a few stops, and i switched over to sit with mum (more than delighted to). and both mum and myself overheard an interesting conversation of this 'hamsup' uncle sitting right at the back of us, no, we were not eavesdropping on him b'cos he was speaking quite loud then, the whole conversation last like 25-35mins i think, til he alighted at Commonwealth MRT. and overall idea of the conversation was appearantly like this: the 'humsup' uncle probably in his late 60's, was talking over the fone which i tot is probably a 'she' and most likely from China (i think i'm being racist or prejudice against the chinese women) but i can't help thinking tt way, let's assume tt she's from china. so anw, the 'humsup' uncle kept emphasizing tt he's very disappointed and sadden by 'her' reactions, he can't sleep nor eat well. upon further elaborations, i realised tt maybe this 'humsup' uncle has fell for her cos he's been giving her money 2-3times per week but at very minimum sum of like $30 each time. then he went on to say something tt kinda shocked me, appearantly this china lady fell out with the 'humsup' uncle cos the uncle touch her once (dunno where lah) and the lady refuse to go out with since then, and 'humsup' uncle was reali devastated. 'humsup' uncle was reali thick-skin enuff to think he did nutthin wrong cos he provide her with money to spend and tt he merely touched her ONCE, and he sounded very depressed too, trying to win sympathy *PUI*.
i was whispering to mum tt this 'humsup' uncle reali desperate! on one hand - u're telling her tt u're feeling distraught and couldn't slp well now, on the other hand u're harassing her again. kaoz
and wadz worst, u jolly well think tt by giving the china lady money, u're free to touch her anywhere! [上下其手] i even told mum since 'humsup' uncle loves to touch touch here and there so much might as well spend the money on geylang prostitutes, probably spend alittle more and u can expect more services, u can do wadever u wan then! 色胚 YOU THINK U "RICH" AND SHE HAS TO SUBMIT TO U MEH?! in the first place u ain't rich oso mah, otherwise u could have offer to give more, maybe she will be more willing to oblige. lol.
jus as mum and i were whispering to each other, another conversation breaks in, this time an auntie who's 2 seats ahead. think she called out to her family, she was asking the party on the other line wad he/she wans for dinner, and immediately after she'd asked, she threw in another line: ehh.. u wan cha siew peng or ji fan? but only to received this reply: huh? u dun wan arh? orh ok lor.
mum and i giggled when we heard the reply, no, my mum literately broke into laughter (quite loud lor) ==_____________== i was like, mum can u mm... laugh softly? *lol* but it was reali funny lah, cos its quite unsual for anyone to propose u with wad u wan for dinner isn't it? norm u'll name a few dishes jus in case u can't get the most desired one. wad a nite on the ride to Queensway.

ps: any one has any idea on where to get artificial apple tree? *shrugs*

AMK S-11

thanks to Ruo Yun who hint me to update my blog =D

okay... i was at AMK (Ang Mo Kio) ytd evening to attend Serene's grandmother's wake @ AMK Ave 4. we arrived at the void deck after a few attempts while searching for the correct blk (strangely, AMK's HDB blk no. dun run in squence, frm blk 100+ can jump to 600!). so anw, we saw Serene and she's happy to see us too! its been more than 6mths since we last saw her on her baby lexus, 1mth old b'day celebration. and i'll jus skip the in-betweens *lol*, we bid Serene gdbye and went off to have our dinner at AMK central around 8.30pm, but in fact we've had our light dinner at the wake before we left.
so with the guidance of Joey, we managed to reach AMK central and found a gd parking lot. and Joey strongly recomended us to have dinner at the AMK S-11 (facing the main road, opp the MRT station), and we all agreed. Ming & Bao went to order their food first since they were complaining of hunger while Joey & myself jus stay behind trying to think of wad we could order to share instead. okay, Joey and myself went for our turns and i suddenly tot of ‘小碗面’but no vendors selling that! (huh? abit weird rite?) so we ordered ‘炒福建面’instead.

and and.. while we were ordering... we spotted something!! (see pic)
hee.. trying to be funny, i told Joey maybe we should add in some Cockles into out ‘福建虾面’and Joey agreed so! *sings* mai harm mai harm... mai harm mai harm... *lol* we had our mee with cockles at additional $1. thinking tt a plate of noodles probably not enuff for the 2 of us, we ordered another bowl of japanese fried toufu as side dish. when we got back to our seats, immediately i asked the 2 gers if they spotted anything "special" in our plate of noodles, Bao saw the harms! lol... and she was quite puzzled. hee..

ps: hokkien mee ai harm ai harm...

My Blog's Music

i've finally uploaded my blog music! and i'm reali in love with this track presently. hee.. yes i am

i was casually surfing around http://www.newurbanmale.com/ ytd, and dats their web song. so while i was surfing and browsing through, the more i listen to the song, i'm totally "immerse" and addicted to it, not knowing tt it's in fact by Kelly Clarkson, no.. i dun mean tt i am very familiar with her ablum but i remembered joey did sent me a track - 'Breakaway' before and thus her name's not strange to me afterall.

anw, the fact tt i'm reali hooked onto this track, i've decided to get the song and incidentally my blog's melody as well. kind of blends in well with my blog's layout (shld i say the designer's layout) haa.. cos i'm not reali into heavy rock/metal or punk music, i would rather have them soft/gentle/soothing perhaps alittle jazzy *enjoys* i'm loving it!

enuff of music then, anw abt the NewUrbanMale.com, i was shopping in citylink when i saw the newurbanmale, their pdts caught my attention in particular their tote bags. still hesistating but went into the shop eventually, checked on the pricing for the canvas bag (hanging right at the top of the shop, almost touching the ceilings and for my height, u noe -.-") tried as much as i could to catch a glimps of the price tag and managed to only see $1-- so which means, definately exceeding 100bucks :x din noe tt items from tt store so bloody ex de! liews...

then when i was about to step out of the store i realised they display the bags at the front which is perhaps around my shoulder level, within reaching limits! tmd. am i blind or wad? i saw the price like $156, but not all the bags are tt price, i heard from the staff there, there's a price ranging from $130-156 i think (dun qoute my words). but anw, its way too ex le... trying to find similar ones! i reali hope i can find.

okay.. dats the connection from my blog's song to the new-found NewUrbanMale!

ps: i think i've been to Heeren's NewUrbanMale before, so not reali new found le. lol
