刺青

Just came back from Cineleisure, after the watching the show [刺青] Spider Lilies with qiu. I've been catching the thrillers and some mild introductions of the movie way before it's being screened in theatres, from sources like the youtube and the official web link of the [刺青]. Seriously, the content seems pretty ok to me in any way yet it's been classified as Restricted, so the only reason why it's been rated as R21 would probably becos it's homosexual related. Oh well, we just noe how sensitive the topic can get over here in s'pore.

Anw, I very much like Rainie Yang Cheng Lin, both on and off stage. I must admit that I watched [刺青] mainly for her sake too =) We've seen her sweety-pie image, and now in this show the director managed to portray another side of her's - the Sexy Rainie. The other actress which probably you won't missed, Isabella Leong Luo Shi, she's cool and quite handsome-looking on certain angles. The story gets abit dry and dull in between, almost feel like dozing off on certain times. haa. My advise to those whose keen in watching too, probably catch it during the weekdays cos it's really not worth it over the sats and suns =)

not well... not feeling good.

i can feel my body resistance getting weaker ever since second day of the Creative WHS, losing partial of my voice then. afterwhich came the flu, which's bothering me til nw, i can sense my head spinning constantly, well.. that feeling sucks. to make myself even worse off, i took some 'forbidden' snack from Old Chang Kee on tue during work, it's getting from bad to quite jialat now. one side of my nostril is stucked with the yucky disgusting slimy lubricant, irritating! i'm often out of breath, cos i'm taking in lesser of it =(

i wanna get well soon.. my poor nose gonna turn rudolf soon. =(

back from a short hiatus off the exams peak. yet, its kinda weird now that the momentum seems to s-l-o-w down lots, i'm like soo lagging behind. i woke up today rather late (the usuals) feeling quite "frozen" not due to the weather of cos, its been scorching hot lately, hence the idea of leaving my little hermit room is often out of the question. anw, back to the frozen me, for some/no reasons my mind jus seems to stop functioning, maybe it refuse to function promptly rather, i find myself staring into space quite frequent, grr... symptoms of some mental dysfunctional? -___-""

seriously need to overcome this phychological problem, its causing my brain cells to shut down automatically, and before i know, i'm mentally-retarded. Z.z.z. and i realised i've been using lotsa Z's recently, 天啊。。。 even my words oso coincide with my thoughts, i'm in a Zee-Zee world now! dotz... i'm soo looking forward to june now! but i'm soo lacking on vit M at the same time. boo! =(

my my... had a uber filling dinner last nite, an enjoyable combo feast of seafood from No Signboard Seafood Restaurant, tho it was a last minute switch from our original Eng Seng Restaurant (@ the junction of Joo Chiat Place and Still Road). dinner was pretty satisfactory, their cereal prawns would probably be one of the best i've tasted so far, but crabbie wise, hmm.. i would most likely place my vote on Eng Seng still, of which it's been fondering me constantly yum yum~

and bud surprised me with the famous Choc.A.Bloc Chocolatey Fudge Cake, woot! i'm soo soo sinful i tell u, when the last choc fudge cake i had was just 2 weeks back from Jane's and now it's Choc A Bloc, haaa... 肥死了！nevertheless, yet i'm soo blessed.. with frenz who remembered my b'day as well as the joy of sharing the sensational marvellous choc cake! hee.. meanwhile, bud was asking me of all the cakes i've tried so far, such as awfully choc, jane's and choc.a.bloc; which is my preferred choice? hmm.. seriously after some thoughts i think i will go for jane's choc cake! it's absolutely my type of choc cake and totally won me over =))

guess wad, mom went on to surprise me further the following day; she went out secretly that afternoon and came back with another b'day cake! from Jane's this time round. hee.. apparently mom called in to order the cake on saturday for their Durain Cake, haiyo... me ish 感动 can, never expect her to go to such extend la, probably just another Prima or Angie's like previous years? haa... or perhaps she likes Jane's just as much. lol. anw, i've been p.i.g-ing out alot on cakes recently, as much as i'm pampering myself with my likes, i'm seeing the pounds adding on too. bad.. bad... =x

it's 3.30am in the morning, me is still awake blogging here yet kinda dizzy at the same time, all becos i've finished a bottle of the E33. gezz... real kickass man, head-spinning... blurred vision.

then i chanced upon the naked David Beckham... hmm... i saw the photo on someone's blog to be precise. i'm not sure tho if that's the real Beck we're talking about, but i'm pretty sure that i'm more interested in his tattoos than anything else aside. haa. anw, dun think it's a good idea to post his naked photo again in my blog, so i've giving away his "half-naked" photo instead (with some editting, i just can't seems to mosaic the photo, so added some leaves in) but of cos if anyone's keen in his full picture, i'll be more than willing to share with you. just ask k. lol. =))

I'm here to boost. haa.. no la, i'm here to note down some happy events for today. i've got my Fox embroidery jeans @ IMM today! yesh yesh.. the thousand and one piece left on shelve. *weet* Me is H-a-p-p-y =)) i was quite worried inititally.. the tot of being disappointed again, the feeling of dejection =( sounds serious? yet that's my feelings at that moment of time. But the joyful me is back once again. hee..

ohh.. yea, and i've got the Jane's Chocolate Fudge Cake too, yummy! its definately worth every effort to travel for 45mins just to get hold of this heavenly cake. in fact, for Jane's cake right, customers are advise to call and order prehand like 2 days in advance; which i didn't noe til i was being informed by the uncle there. man, the choc is to die for... so fine and silky smooth and best of all its not uber sweetening, lest its acceptable for my folks, who's loving it as well! yum yum..

My desired FOX Jeans

i was angry with myself as well as FoxFashion =( all i want is to get myself a embroidery jeans. haii.. been to few places today just in search for my desired jeans; firstly to bugis, yet they dun carry the jeans which i want, so i enquired with the salesperson, only to realise individual Fox store brings in different jeans (for certain series). err... my god.. why make things so complicated?! grrr.. then i recalled the last time i saw the jeans, was over at MS so i should definately be able to get my jeans there bah. anw before i proceed on to MS, i'd decided to settle dinner at Terra =)

i saw wad i want at MS, but dunch have my size! ahhh.. i'd asked the salesgirl if i can get my size at other stores? if possible and i'd even requested if she can call to check for me; guess wad? they can't check their inventory with other outlets on weekends! cos they were not allowed to, huh..?! but the salesgirl's quite kind la, she directed me to their PS outlet tho she's not certain too if PS sells the design or for better my size as well. haii.. but i went down to check it out still.. i'm so persistent when it comes to things that i fancy on, dunno if its a good habit not?

tho i tried to pray hard that it won't be another wasted trip, yet it turned out otherwise cos PS store dun carry that the design either. ahhh.... sianz to extreme, no mood le loh... it was already 9+ which i think the 2 other outlets at Wisma and Ngee Ann would most probably be closed oso. i then decided to head back home instead, and perhaps try again tmr, i shall not give up!

while Friday 13 may seems horribly terrifying to many, ever since the after myth of the sudden plunge to the New York Stock Exchange market back in October 25, 1929; where the collapsed in the Stock Market led to the suicide of many New Yorkers who then speculate on shares; and the major economic crisis in, mainly the United States and Globally. and since thereon, people tend to relate any Friday "13" as black and evil! cos conicidentally, there has been factual events taken place worldwide on the same Friday 13 yet again, like the Black Friday Fire which broke out in January 13, 1939, in Victoria, Australia. call that supersticious or what? yet, to date, people still remembers Friday 13 as Black Friday 13. haa..

i, seriously can't reali be bothered if it's bad/black or whatever shit others chose to name it, a Friday 13 is still like any other normal weekdays, where you've gotta report to work still, schools still goes on for the students, nutthin's gonna change just becos it's term bad. yea, so enough on the nonsensual, grandmother good-old-days, redundant believes. nevertheless, i hope my day will goes smoothly and peacefully! i shall break the 'curse' off the donkey days Friday 13! hurhur...

I totally brain-freezed and exhausted after a whole day lecture at our Namly SIM campus, yet i've to rush down to Cityhall simply b'cos i'm meeting qiu to check out the donuts, the craziest-legendary Donut Factory in town. while in fact even before i arrived at Cityhall, qiu called to update me that the queue's just too long (in her definition), in any case we went over to check on the queue again when i reached eventually. from my opinion, i might still queue for the donuts if qiu's more willing to compromise to the waiting (i'm just curious wadz so fascinating over the donuts, i'm not a donut-lover tho), which we didn't in the end, and so we went over to MS for dinner instead.

while we took quite some time wandering about level one... we finally settled on Changing Appetites once again, i think they serve decent food lah, lest within my expectations =) reasonable efficiency from our orders being taken til dinner served right to us. anw, i'd ordered a Green Tea Freezer (hope i get the name right) and a interestingly-name main course call 'Cheese the Chicken'! haa.. cutie name yea? qiu got herself the usual Lime Soba? (think i've got the names all mxied up, haa) and the Airborne Steak, which is Salmon in-disguised actuali, apparantly the steak doesn't refer to a beef steak, and I is a KuKu to think its has to be part of a cow definately. lol

organising a gathering is never easy, even with a small group of 7, it has been procrastinated for the longest possible time, of like 2yrs? haa.. very bad ah. thou there were meet ups in between, but never a full-attendance with all 7 of us present. it tough when everyone has their own committments, especially so, for my dear frenz who are busy juggling between work/part-time studies/own leisure/bf/family etc.. but i'm definately gladful that, we finally make it to our very first gathering after graduation. my god!

we'd even held several conferences in msn to discuss on possible activities/venues/timings, kinda chaotic each time *haa* with ideas throwing in here and there, there's such a problem when too many are involve in the conference. our initial plan was to meet up at Vivo for lunch, follow by bowling at safra, dinner somwhere nearby and lastly clubbing at st. james, before home sweet home. but subsequently i received news, that we'll be clubbing at Dbl O instead; then sub-subsequently it's been changed to movies at Orchard instead which oso falls thru. *haa* 女人是善变的 never ever doubt on dat! wad more when its 7 fair ladies now we're talking about lol.

anw, we finally settled on meeting up at PS at 5.30pm instead, and.. yes.. i was late, quite rare of me to be punctual on my appointments. *haa* and we decided to dine in at cafe cartel, i used to have very bad impressions on cartel before this cos their service reali puts me off, but i guess i shld jus move on from now on, since they had a changed of management le, i assume. their system kinda differs from what they practised before, but for better! which is good =)) someone among us spotted one of the project superstar Derrick Ho next to our table, hurhur... he's quite cute actuali but kinda small-built, he has very nice complexion thou ^_^

we proceeded on to Mind Cafe afterwhich, and as usual the entire level is fully-book, we've gotta wait even with a advance booking, but thank god we got our tables pretty soon. being a lazy-bum i simply refused to get up from my seat *hee* so the 'nearest' to the games shelve, suet gotta make an extra effort in getting the rest of us the games, yeah! i can't remember the sequence, but suet got us 4 games in total i think. the Taboo, Jurassic Jumble, Loco, and Faces (but we didn't touch on). Taboo was more like a descriptive play game, where one is suppose to describe possible hints to fellow team mates to guess on the correct answer yet not spilling out the taboo words stated on the cards. the rowdiest and most exciting game was Jurassic Jumble, man.. i felt like i was standing in a wet market, with people shouting across to each other *haa* damn hilarious la... cos for tis particular game, we're to collect all 9 cards with the same colour on them, in order to do so, we're free to trade openly with anyone by shouting out the no. of cards u're trading out for. once everyone received their own set of cards, the trading starts! with cards passing ard... flying ard.. haa.. hands all over the table. but the end-result is such dat, the one who collected all 9 cards of the same colour will secretly hide away a bone, while the rest gotta be alert to catch the act and snatch a bone each too, and the last and only one who didn't get hold of the boney will be forfeited.

anw, i is a happy girl last nite, i'm glad that everyone make an effort to turn up and it's been a great night with wonderful companion and hell lots of fun and laughter! i'll be looking forward to the next gathering, and i'm suppose to be the organiser. gosh.. bless me. haa.
